JPMorgan Chase Quant Analytics Lead-Vice President in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Quant Analytics Lead on the Auto Servicing & Collections Product team, you'll serve as an expert in leveraging the agile process to deliver on a wide range of business and product-focused analytics solutions. This can include building and updating business cases, exploratory analysis to identify product enhancement opportunities, generating feature performance metrics, dashboards, and crafting data stories and presentations of key findings for stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to manage a small team (2-3) analysts and work collaboratively with partners and other analytics teams across the organization. You'll also leverage enterprise data to develop the right automated data solutions using a mix of customer, account, digital, telephony, financial and operational data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support & lead partnerships with key Ops stakeholders and Ops Product groups focusing on Auto Servicing & Collections with strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data and processes.

  • Represent the data and analytics Team in key leadership meetings.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives, leadership teams and business partners.

  • Build business cases, construct test designs, and identify populations for pilot programs; analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies worth millions of dollars in Net Credit Loss benefit.

  • Transform data, reporting, analysis into insight that improves the existing operational processes & applications that impact thousands of customers.

  • Help business achieve key OKR of driving down Auto Servicing & Collections complaint rate

  • Develop roadmap of advanced analytics initiatives to support omni-channel collections experience, vehicle and customer skip tracing models and building A|B tests associated with the feature launches in a cloud-native specialist facing application for servicing Auto Loans and Leases.

  • Strong coding and heavy lifting in writing and maintaining Alteryx, SQL, Tableau and Python code.

  • Manage and prioritize work for a team of 2-3 analysts, including overseas employees.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)

  • 5+ years of experience in applying statistical methods to real world problems using SQL and at least one of the following analytical tools: Alteryx, Python, and Tableau

  • Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation

  • Strong Mathematical/statistical skills by using Alteryx/Python/SQL/Tableau ,

  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts or methodologies :Linear/logistic regression, statistical models, clustering, decision tree and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM , Random Forest, Boosting, text mining, NLP, etc..

  • Ability to crisply synthesize data into actionable insights for executive leadership

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience using cloud services: Azure or AWS etc.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience in Financial Services or like industry.

Hybrid-60% in-office
