HR Manager & HRBP Operations Germany (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about partnering with business leaders and employees to deliver a superb HR experience in a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for an experienced and driven HR professional who can provide HR expertise and business partnership to a diverse group of leaders and employees.

As HR Manager you will lead 1/2 HR Professionals and as HRBP you will be a trusted sparring partner to our Operations function in Germany to help your client group to achieve their business goals through effective HR strategy and provide guidance as needed for effective decision making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to partner with leaders in our Operations function to understand needs, challenges and goals to translate into effective HR solutions in line with employment law, best practice, HR policies and DHR processes. Execute talent strategies to grow associate development, leadership and organizational capabilities while collaborating with key talent across the supported functions.

  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, talent development, employee engagement, retention, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding, terminations, organizational development, diversity/equity/inclusion and compensation.

  • Develop and track daily & visual management related to key HR metrics (retention, development, DE&I etc.), analyze people and talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. Partner with leaders to dive to root cause, develop and execute appropriate countermeasures where needed.

  • Partner closely with internal interfaces (e.g. HR Delivery team and other HR COEs, Talent Acquisition Partners, local works council, etc.). Supervise a small HR team to ensure the delivery of state-of-the art HR BP support to the Operations functions in our German factories (Wetzlar and Mannheim).

  • Work on various HR projects and support the continuous improvement/digitalization of HR processes. Facilitate leadership and other HR related trainings. Support, drive and implement general site initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance and talent management principles

  • Good knowledge of German labor law and experience in working with work councils

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • a fast-paced industrial environment with complex matrix structures

  • project management, process implementation and change management
