Emerson Inside Sales Engineer in Warsaw, Poland

In this position the Job Holder is responsible for sales support activities to achieve the agreed sales, bookings, gross profit and strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services within isolation valves industry. Actively support in day-to-day business for Outside Sales Engineers within the sales territory (Poland, Batiks & Ukraine).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify customer needs and understand technical requirements, collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, factories, internal departments or sub-suppliers (as needed) in order to provide the best solution.

  • Size and configure the products according to the requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget.

  • Contact customers (via email, digital platforms and or phone) and collaborate with Outside Sales Account owners to engineer and understand customer requirements and sales strategy.

  • Ensure that incoming orders align accurately and in compliance with technical and commercial terms offered. In case there are differences, carry out a clarification and reconciliation process.

  • Adhere to the company's applicable procedures, particularly those relating to preparing offers and orders, as well as Delegation of Authority and Power of Attorney rules. Accurately monitor and document all transactions per the company's Trade Compliance procedures and report any issues or queries to the Manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree in Engineering.

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in a technical position.

  • Good understanding of technical applications, technical drawing, and materials science.

  • Advanced in English and Polish (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in valve industry business will be an advantage.

  • Productive and open minded; problem solving skills;

  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
