The Global HR Reward Team supports the business with developing, implementing and governing global policies and processes including the annual Rewarding Performance cycle, the provision of timely and accurate market data as well as global management of finance processes.

We are looking for an administrator focusing on financial area; with energy and enthusiasm to provide proactive, high quality and accurate support to the Global Reward Team. The role requires attention to detail, initiative and independent thinking plus strong organizational skills and ability to deliver in a dynamic changing environment.

Major Responsibilities - Finance Processes Administration:

  • Raising and monitoring Purchase Orders in iBuy (Ariba)

  • Delivering a high-quality support of the finance processes for the Reward Finance Specialist and the Global HR Reward Team

  • Supporting end to end P2P (Purchase to Pay) Process - from raising of Purchase Orders through to Invoicing, Cross-charging and Accrual


  • Checking and verifying data in Ariba/SAP systems

  • Preparing and sending documentation for the Global Cross-charging Process

  • Creating and updating finance trackers

  • Supporting the Reward Finance Specialist in everyday activities

  • Other administrative ad-hoc tasks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of iBuy / Ariba system

  • Economics / financial or related education preferred;

  • Previous experience in Finance, Procurement, Administration or Compensation & Benefits

  • Able to communicate fluently in English

  • Good MS Excel knowledge
