    We are seeking a Leasing Specialist for a federal government client responsible for leasing and managing real property assets across the United States and its Territories.

    Locations:

  • Hiring candidates in Euless, TX, Washington, DC, and Aliso Viejo, CA

    Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and execute leasing of real property assets (e.g., building, facilities, land)

  • Assist in the review, creation, and management lease agreements, Memoranda of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), and Inter-Agency Agreements (IAA) for real property assets

  • Perform market analysis and estimating

  • Support lease negotiations with private landowners, commercial owners/operators and government agencies

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and federal procurement practices

  • Coordinate with clients and team members on acquisitions, reconcile and enforce lease terms and conditions

  • Develop project schedules, briefings, monthly project updates and budget documents

    Requirements Overview

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience in Federal government lease acquisition and managing lease acquisition projects for real property assets

  • Understanding of federal regulations and lease documents

  • Experience in commercial real estate including leasing, project management and lease administration

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts.

  • Applicants selected for this position must be able to pass a government background investigation

    Full Benefits Package Available

  • Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
