患者さんを第一に考えるというRegeneronの約束を実現しながら、呼吸器・耳鼻領域の営業目標を達成する責任を負うこと。優れたビジネス感覚、リソースの効果的な管理、企業目標または販売目標を達成し上回る能力を発揮すること。顧客エンゲージメントを最大化し、それぞれの目標に見合う価値とソリューションを提供するために、戦略的に考え、時間を効果的に管理すること。

職務

• テリトリー予算・経費管理を通じてブランドの販売目標を達成する

• 市場の洞察に基づいてテリトリーで年間事業計画を策定・実施し、マーケティングブランド計画を組み込んで一貫性を確保するとともに、市場ダイナミクスの変化に対応して、計画を継続的かつタイムリーに更新する

• 主要なデータソースを活用しながら、戦略的にテリトリーアクションプランを策定する

• 経費報告、マーケティングおよびフィールドインサイトレポート、コールレポートなど、必要なすべての管理業務を実行する

• Regeneronの規制および法的コンプライアンスガイドラインに従って業務を行う

• 指示に従って、地域、地方、全国規模の会議に出席する

• Regeneronが提供する、すべてのトレーニングプログラムを正常に完了する

• 会社の財産を良好に維持する

• 適切と考えられる場合、夜間や週末でも必要であれば出張する意思と能力がある

• 現在適用されるすべての法律と規制、およびRegeneronのすべての指示を遵守しながら、安全運転で車両を運行する

• アライアンスパートナーと協力し、全体的な目標を達成する

職務要件

• 価値の提供に重点を置いた、優れた顧客エンゲージメントスキルを有すること

• 優れた技術的適性と、疾患・コンセプトに基づく販売能力を有すること

• 文章力、対話力、プレゼンテーションに優れた能力を発揮すること

• 優れた企画力および組織力を有すること

• 個人またはグループに対して、聴衆のニーズに合わせて効果的にアイデアをプレゼンテーションする能力

• 厳しいスケジュールの中で、戦略的・戦術的な計画を実行するために自立して働く能力

• 文書作成、表計算、データベース、電子メールソフトを使用できるなど、コンピュータに精通していること

• アライアンスへの関与／経験を有すること

望ましい要件

• 治療領域の知識（呼吸器科、耳鼻科）、および生物学的製剤の営業経験

• 治療領域と競合ブランドに関する最新の臨床知識

• 呼吸器科・耳鼻科領域の重要オピニオンリーダーとのコネクションがある

• 英語が堪能であることが望ましいが、この職務に必須ではない。

最低経験年数 （なるべく具体的にお願いします）

• 学士号（またはそれに準ずるもの）

• 製薬業界で5年以上の営業担当経験。

• 運転免許証

• MR認定証
