Ascensus Senior Team Lead in India

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.

  • Expert knowledge of Compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plans and administration.

  • Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.

  • Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.

  • Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.

  • High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement

  • Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks

  • Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills

Education and experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background

  • Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach

Skill Requirement:

  • Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel

  • Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly

  • Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)

  • Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts
