Your contribution

Surveillance Systems in Sweden is growing rapidly and is now re-shaping the organization to accommodate more customer programs and internal activities to keep our strong position with customers. The Program Manager role is crucial to manage customer relationship, expectations, and executions of external deliveries. The role shall lead delivery programs towards customers acting as Key Account Managers while executing the programs. The role will also be interacting with Project Managers within each product group as well as the Production and Services organization. Furthermore, the role support and contribute to developing and maintain processes and methods for bringing a positive customer experience and to the point execution of the program with regards to milestones and deliveries. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality level and financial commitments as set-out from contract start

• Ensure that programs keep budgets, time schedule and quality according to contract/plan

• Manage processes and identify methods for efficiency and improvements for running programs

• Manage programs towards OEM customers and major system integrators

• Coordinate and exchange with other Program/Project functions within SURV/TDY group

• Be part of Surveillance Systems Program team

• Domestic and international travel on occasion

• The role is based in Täby,

• Working experience from the field of programs, projects, and customer relationships
