Insight Global HRIS Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a HR Business Analyst to join a top Canadian university on a contract opportunity. Supporting the initial phase of a two phase project for an HR system implementation, the business analyst will be responsible for assessing and analyzing business needs to resolve issues and contributes to the successful selection of a solution by assessing and identifying risks and developing recommendations. The BA will present recommended business solutions and manage the implementation of the selected solution.

Skills and Requirements

-6+ years Business Analysis Experience in HR analysis.

-Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA On Premise HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Extensive experience with the Recruitment & Onboarding elements of HRIS.

-Fundamental Knowledge and/or experience with SAP SuccessFactors. -Previous higher education or public sector experience

-Business analyst designation null
