Core responsibilities:

  • Take in and ramp up new lines and new technologiesfor packaging(new/unique line installation + hand over to production)

  • Upgrades the standard platforms/processes/layouts

  • Novelty Introduction and validation of current routings

  • Test of new materials/dual sourcefor packaging

  • Collaborate with other sites and sharing the best practices related to processes and technologies.

  • Production system data settings and influencing processes in dedicated area (production module) – on existing production platforms.

  • Deliver system setting for solutions capturing the opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost areas.

  • Influencing proper capacity utilization of production equipment by proper routing setup and production orders distribution

  • Involved in global knowledge sharingfocusing on delivering simplifying solutions towards production.

  • Providing inputs to global departments such as R&D, QA.

  • Leading the team of specialist with the high level of competencies for industrial work.​

Do you have what it takes :

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in packaging engineeringin leader position.

  • Knowledge of quality and lean tools is an advantage.

  • Strong Leadership capabilities.

  • Good English communication.

  • Degree in engineering would be a plus
