Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain LEGO moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.

  • Participate in problem solving activities with mould workshop team by PDCA tool to guarantee effective moulding and part quality levels.

  • Use of machine tools for mould repair or maintenance skillfully

  • Immediate report to supervisor about abnormal conditions detected on moulds during cleaning and repairing processes.

  • Perform daily repairs to moulds according to production needs and priorities independently.

  • Execution of cleaning and/or preventive and corrective maintenance activities to moulds.

  • Communication with colleagues (shift changes, share experiences and knowledge).

  • In terms of critical decision making, must request support from immediate supervisor.

  • Comply with QMS requirements.

Do you have what it takes?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a plastic company, with a focus on Mould Maintenance or a similar position.

  • Basic knowledge of injection moulds and technical drawings, as well as basic knowledge in using measurement equipment. Capable of leveraging this knowledge and experience to achieve results through strong training skills and behavior.

  • Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.

  • Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)

  • Process thinking

  • Problem Solving

  • Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)

  • Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)

  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
