Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute recruitment plan•Develop, maintain and assess diverse sourcing channels•Build internal and external talent pool•Strengthen effective assessment tools including assessment center, development center etc. to identify talents•Maintenance Workday recruitment module•Build good relationship and effective communication with key stakeholders•Support to promote employer branding campaign to ensure competition attraction on talents market•Participate in related recruitment projects to drive value-added support to achieve business goal•Analyze training needs,develop and implement annual training plan•Collect feedback and enhance training activities’ effectiveness•Work with line managers to establish & continuously improve on-the-job training system based on the functional competencies•Work with SHE, GMP, Lean professionals to coordinate technical trainings•Draft & maintain training related SOP and guidelines•Drive initiatives to support people and organization development

Requirements:

•Bachelor Degree or above or equivalent education background•Strong HR skills and knowledge•Strong consulting and communication skills•Strong customer service skills•Time management including ability to prioritise multiple tasks and organise workload to meet deadlines•Work under pressure•Good interpersonal and coordination skills•Knowledge of government regulation and labour law
