We are inviting you to join the Mobile Experiences & Platform Team (MXP) . The Mobile Experiences & Platform Team (MXP) is building the future. We are a world class platform, middleware, apps, and services organization that brings end-to-end experiences to life on a diverse range of products, empowering customers through powerful connections to Windows, M365, and Azure across the devices they use.

Our team collaborates with software developers, QA engineers, designers, PM (Product Manager), and various industry partners to create innovative services and experiences. We design and implement security software components on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) to protect the devices and their users’ data, as well as the security of remote services access.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for hosting containerized applications.

  • Deploy API gateways to expose, secure, and monitor APIs.

  • Configure and optimize load balancing and routing solutions to ensure high availability and performance of applications.

  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

  • Implement automation and orchestration solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.

  • Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards across the infrastructure.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure the availability of critical services.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Cloud software development.

  • Excellent C#/Golang/JavaScript design and coding skills

  • Experience in cloud service development at production level.

  • Experience with network traffic and load balancing of Cloud services.

  • Capability to design and develop cloud service solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with distributed/cloud computing technologies and services (such as Azure Resource Management, Azure Front Door, API Management, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, etc.)

  • Experience with scripting and query languages such as PowerShell, SQL and Kusto queries (Azure Data Explorer)

  • Experience with Visualization tools, such as Power BI

  • Proven record of accomplishment in implementing complex cloud services across multiple regions.

  • High tolerance to ambiguity and ability make progress in the face of it.

  • Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) pipeline is preferred but not required.
