We are seeking a skilled Performance Media Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in e-commerce and marketplace environments. As the Performance Media Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to drive efficient and effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on maximizing ROI, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to e-commerce and marketplace platforms.

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, paid social, and affiliate marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization tactics accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, to align digital advertising efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our advertising strategies remain innovative and competitive.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the e-commerce and marketplace landscape.

  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive collective success.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience within Retail companies

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance media and e-commerce/marketplace environments.

  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.

  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
