The Value Stream Leader/Manager for Radiometer is responsible running the business in production area which is growing 15% Yearly.

This position is part of the ABL90 Solution Pack production in Radiometer Solutions located in Stargard and will be hybrid position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the assembly area and report to the Associate Director, Solution Value Group Stargard responsible for running the production area with desired OTD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supervision of the production line with focus on and in compliance with quality (ISO 13485) and EHS requirements.

  • Ensure on time delivery (OTD) according to the defined KPI levels and customer expectations (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery).

  • Management of blue-collars and all needed resources directly and through team leaders.

  • Organization of the worksite on various stages of the production with multifunction cooperation with Quality, engineering and maintenance department.

  • Control of the raw materials and semi-manufactured goods supply in collaboration with the purchase and logistics department.

  • Responsibility for production documentation in compliance with appropriate procedures and instructions.

  • Travel up to 10% maximal time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Very good in oral and written Polish and English.

  • Proven track record of success with working with KPIs, measurement and continuous improvement practices.

  • At lease basic knowledge on Lean tools, like Standard Work, Problem solving process, Value Stream Mapping.

  • Experience with OTD and production processes management, Preparation and analyses of the output rate reports.

  • Solid knowledge of quality management systems applicable to medical device industry.

  • Solid working knowledge of common IT tools, Proficiency with MS Office Package.

  • Ability to effectively manage resource depends on the production situation.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485.

  • Knowledge of Axapta system.

  • Experience in medical operation environment.
