Senior Manager, Brand Development Team Portfolio Management

This position reports to the Director, Segment Portfolio Management and is based at Skillman and Summit, NJ.

Role reports to: Director, Segment Portfolio Management

Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: $113,000-$195,500

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Brand Development Team Portfolio Management is responsible for managing delivery of a specific Brand Development Team portfolio and innovation pipeline objectives, by supporting decision making consistent with the one Kenvue Way of operating.

Key Responsibilities
Partners directly with Brand Development Team (BDT) leader.
Actively shapes BDT portfolio and pipeline against Brand strategy and business objectives.
Interfaces directly with individual project managers to maintain a live view of pipeline progress and status.
Actively resolves or escalates issues preventing delivery of portfolio and pipeline against business objectives.
Use detailed analytics to proactively identify opportunities to optimize portfolio and pipeline.
Supports preparation for each stage gate ensuring the correct rigor on SOBG and Human Centered Innovation.


Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive leadership experience and a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership.
Strong experience in brand management, innovative pipelines and brand product portfolio is required.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization.
Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative business cases and models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with brand teams and agency ecosystem.


Desired Qualifications
MBA is preferred.
Program/Project Management is preferred.
FMCG, CPG experience is preferred.


What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
