What You Will Do

Overall supervise one China integrated business planning financial result and provide solid financial analysis of sales growth driver (Price Volume analysis) and profitability (GP analysis). Provide financial support for Marketing function related SG&A of annual spending $21 incl. MRD and Regional CBI, reporting to Marketing BUF finance director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support MRD (Marketing Research Development) and regional CBI (Consumer Business Insight )to plan ,track and manage the SG&A expenditure

  • Support overall Marketing Department SG&A and perform analysis on BVA(Budget vs Planning )

  • As a core member of IBP (Integrated Business Planning), organize and lead IR (Integrated reconciliation) to capture the insights and consolidate the sales outlook for decision making.

  • Perform robust analysis of sales growth driver (Price Volume Change), clearly articulate the pricing actions, GTN investment evolvement and volume growth by segment and use the analysis to drive insightful revenue growth strategy

  • Lead company level GP analysis , with aim to drive data based profitability initiatives

  • Play an integral role in marketing BUF team to connect the dots among the reporting, process and communication and support the marketing BUF lead to run the operations in an efficient and effective way

  • Ad hoc analysis to support management review.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline from reputable

  • Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification e.g., CPA/CMA/CFA etc. is preferred

  • Over 10 years’ experience in finance, accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience

  • Strong analytical a skills are required

  • The ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making is required

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements is required

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills are required

  • Organization and strong communication skills are required.

  • The ability to design business processes and can work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment is required

  • Selfcare / Pharm / FMCG MNC experience is preferred

  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related role is preferred

  • Strong project management skills are preferred
