Job Description:

This role is responsible to initiate, implement strategy to forge a long-term strategic partnership in Oncology Alliance to deliver our innovative oncology therapies to the Chinese Mainland market faster and more effectively.

-Lead implementing alliance strategy ,aligning with strategic initiative owners for execution plans and milestones, driving change management and facilitating solution development, and providing strategy updates for all stakeholders.

-Proactively manage the interactions and communications of alliance governance bodies, to achieve business and strategy steering

-Establish and define necessary processes to ensure the alliance operates smoothly on a daily basis, and iterate to enable business success.

-Work with internal stakeholders both in China and Corporate, and external stakeholders as a main contact for alliance related topics.

-Provide structure and ways of working to guide joint operational teams to build up collaborative and effective partnership.

-Point of contact for strategic partnership. Understand contract and legal terms, business needs, positions from both sides, to negotiate and find solutions.

Job Requirement:

-At least 5 years of practical experience in marketing, sales, market access and / or business analysis. In which at least 3 years of working in an alliance in pharmaceutical

-Knowledge of sales, marketing, and market access processes, as well as all other business-relevant processes

-Analytical, operational, and strategic skills

-Communication skills, including negotiation, moderation skills

-Project management skills

-Leadership skills (matrix leadership, e.g., in project or process teams), competence to manage and facilitate cross company cultures

-Business fluent in both Chinese and English
