What will you do?

This position is responsible for learning how to understand project/service requirements such as specifications, standards, schedules, and safety. Participates in project/service activities on site related to the coordination, installation, and commissioning of building automation and security management systems. This employee typically works under daily supervision of a Field Service Supervisor and reports to the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities Include
Technician must be able to work on his/her own and/or with others when needed.
Be customer-friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.
Familiar with Package units, split systems, RTU's, and mini-splits.
Familiar with electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Familiar with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Experience with performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
Ability to communicate with the team and with customers.
Must comply with all safety standards and processes.
Must be able to climb ladders and work in close spaces
