Amazon Sr. Online Experience Manager, eero Brand and Marketing in Seattle, Washington

Come shape the future of the eero shopping experience across Amazon.com. We are looking for a smart, agile, highly-motivated, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own our online experience in a high growth atmosphere.

Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity however, is just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the eero team, you will identify, execute and analyze eero's Amazon.com business to surface insights and increase eero's exposure across the ever evolving Amazon.com ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding, deep diving and increasing onsite traffic for eero through Amazon owned and operated properties.

  • Deep dives traffic e.g. traffic forecaster (YoY trends) to include Accessories

  • Monitors Conversion rates, owns conversion insights and improvements.

  • Leads our onsite marketing strategy to execute with the support of our Central team counterparts.

  • Partners with PR and PMM for new B2C opportunities for eero.

  • Owns integrated marketing plans for Amazon Tier 1 campaigns, such as Prime Day.

  • Plans the onsite multi-variant testing roadmap.

  • Actively investigates and suggest new ways to help customers discover products on Amazon.

  • Partners with Central teams to manage eero inputs for prioritization through the Central process.

  • Manages onsite marketing calendar maintenance.

  • Builds and manages eero’s relationships with internal retail teams including but not limited to Ring, Blink, Retail (CE), Amazon Live, Prime, Prime Card, and Amazon Business.

  • Develops, deploys, analyzes, and disseminates comprehensive onsite campaign reporting with support from Central team, the Marketing Measurement Lead and other cross-organizational teams e.g., Project Harmony

A day in the life

In this role, you will focus on how we optimize the customer shopping experience across our expanding portfolio of devices and subscriptions to better educate customers on their purchase journey. You will conduct A/B tests to optimize performance of creative placements and customer targeting, identify and analyze data to create insights, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive long-term process improvements. Additionally, you will be an expert in and raise the bar with online marketing channels, including Amazon homepage, search and email.

To be successful you will support marketing across a diverse range of existing devices and subscriptions. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress.

eero’s Global Marketing Team brings the experience of powerful, reliable wifi to life through full funnel marketing campaigns focused on converting our audiences while maximizing our resources. Our customers consist of end users as well as small businesses and internet service providers, spanning B2C, B2B and B2B2C. The team is highly results oriented, and at its core, focuses on driving efficiencies and delivering against our sales and revenue goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
