What does a Manager Brand Ambassador do at Swire Coca-Cola? As the Manager Brand Ambassador you will ensure the best-in-class processes are being followed within the retail spaces. Leading a team of Brand Ambassadors, or RED Surveyors, who ensure all customer spaces meet the Swire Coca-Cola standards to support company profit and growth goals. Coach, develop and train RED Surveyors while providing direction and candid feedback. Responsibilities: Utilize technology and tools to measure go-to-market effectiveness as related to business objectives. Deliver insights and reports to organization stakeholders on key trends that enable clear action for the business. Learn and implement new technologies within the RED Execution process. Ultimate accountability for Right Execution Daily (RED) results within assigned divisions. Develop, motivate, manage, and coach RED Surveyors to develop a high performing workforce. Create geographical routes and time schedules for RED Surveyors in all areas within assigned divisions to ensure optimal coverage. Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. 4+ years' experience Sales operations of consumer product goods industry required. 1+ years' experience training and leading others required. Retail experience: Large store and/or Small store preferred. Travel 30% of the time within assigned area. #LI-AI1 #LI-Onsite Base pay range is $64,749 to $80,936 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
