In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:

  • Conduct research and gather requirements to map current regional and future state business processes.

  • Gather and provide regional customer project expertise to support analyses of current “as is” procedures & aid redesign of existing or development of new standard scalable processes, compatible with a non-customised SAP ERP implementation.

  • Working with cross functional stakeholders to analyse best practices, assisting with data cleansing and conversion to map out scalable global solutions.

  • Coordinate Project Management User Acceptance Test scenarios and participate / provide input to UAT.

  • Lead the execution of revised business process changes and manage business process change management initiatives.

  • Support and undertake training delivery ensuring the successful implementation of new processes, by managing project documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience utilizing SAP Project Systems as part of delivering a standardized experience is required, preferably in similar industries.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the sale & management of customer commercial projects& awareness of key interactions with other business functions.

  • Experience of leading or significantly contributing to previous successful projects, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on a global basis.

  • A depth of experience in managing change and stakeholder expectations, ensuring a consultative decision-making process.

  • A proactive mindset to enable to a smooth transition to adapted processes.

You will be rewarded with:

  • £57,760 - £72,200 (depending on experience)
