The AstraZeneca Nordic-Baltic (NOBA) Marketing Company employs around 450 people across 7 countries and has offices located in Södertälje, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. We are now looking for a National Sales Manager to the Cardiovascular Renal area (CVR) for Sweden and Norway. Location of the role is either Sweden or Norway.
You drive the brand performance of brands in focus in Sweden and Norway within the Cardiovascular Renal area and lead implementation of account plans and is responsible for follow up at national levels.
You are responsible for leading, coaching and developing two Key Account Manager (KAM) teams.
You lead (or delegate the lead but not the accountability of) cross-functional Local Implementation Teams and thereby also provide input to brand strategy development.
You are a member of the CVRM Leadership team and lead/participate in Nordic projects such as launch preparations/ commercial model/SFE projects according to need.
You report to Vice President, Business Unit Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases.
Secure execution of customer activities and local resource allocation
Analyze the development and trends in the regions to secure input and utilization of customer insights in the customer plan process
Ensure that sales forecasts are met, and operational budget is managed
Accountable for segmentation and targeting process
Stay updated on the development of the health political environment – both on regional and national levels
Create plans for the districts in collaboration with the Local Implementation Teams, Key Account Managers as well as Therapy Area Leadership Team
Develop, implement and evaluate the local account plans
Assure tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
Academic degree or equivalent, commercial or healthcare background
Proven leadership skills – be able to lead in change
3-4 years with relevant experience with solid sales results
Ability and willingness to travel within Sweden and Norway as required
Excellent knowledge in English language
Driver’s license required
Located in Norway or Sweden
