Leads the execution of actions to enhance employee engagement, gaining the best of what our employees have to offer.

Champions the execution of programs to enhance engagement with the local community.

Drive a safety culture in which clearly the expectation is that all accidents can be prevented. Supports the creation of health and well-being activities for all employees.

Lead strong internal control process and maintain full compliance with business and government regulations.

Leads the creation of processes, capabilities and the organizational culture to deliver an excellent customer experience, establishes frequent contact with business leaders and customers to understand needs and opportunity areas.

Defines the strategic operations plan for the site, aligned to the regional and global operations strategic plans.

Develop and leads the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, establish strong processes in support of achieving operational metrics of safety, cost leverage, quality, delivery, and cash flow.

Creates the strategy and actions plans, partnering with other functional areas (Sourcing, Product Management, Engineering, etc.) to deliver productivity on annual basis aligned to business targets.

Partner with other functional leaders to ensure successful planning and execution of new products following the PDP methodology.

Leads the execution of capital investments, assuring that all investments are aligned to plant strategic needs and monitors compliance to BC commitments.

Leads and Champion the deployment of the Enterprise Excellence initiatives to create and improve the organizational capabilities required to successfully support the business strategic plan.

Actively create a learning organization with strong problem-solving skills and confidence to lead and to perform.

Frequently assesses the talent and people organizational capabilities, establishes actions plans to improve bench strength.

Provides the support when required to the business M&A initiatives.

Actively participate in strategy formulation and implementation for the plant and as a member of the regional leadership team

Guide and support the plant quality system to improve overall customer satisfaction, DPPM, internal yield and warranty.
