Wacom CRM Developer in Portland, Oregon

The customer operations application developer is responsible for developing and maintaining integrations, customizations, and front-end extensions for CRM and related applications.

This position can be based in our Portland, OR, office, hybrid, or fully remote.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop data migration scripts.

  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations between CRM, Customer Support, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, ERP, and backend systems.

  • Understand integration dependencies and interrelationships between e-commerce, CRM, Customer Support, ERP, and Marketing campaign management applications.

  • Be proactive in making sure that applications, middleware, and databases have the latest releases.

  • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Infrastructure team and business contacts.

  • Develop documentation and keep current all integration documentation.

  • Follow strict change management procedures for all production system changes.

    Skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years’ knowledge and experience in software development.

  • 2+ years’ knowledge and experience working with C# and Microsoft .NET Framework.

  • 2+ years’ knowledge and experience working with JavaScript technologies.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, Microsoft XRM platform.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure App Services.

  • Experience working with web services and REST architectures.

  • Experience working with source control technologies such as GIT.

  • Experience with React and other JS frameworks.

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.

  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira.

  • Experience using documentation platforms such as Confluence.

  • Proven presentation and exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently/autonomously and in a team.

  • Ability to research and document requirements for new and existing solutions.

  • Ability to research, learn, and take ownership of new technologies/solutions.

  • Excellent time and resource management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
