We’re currently looking for a HR Business Partner for our Malaysia marketing company. This role reports to the Malaysia Country HR Director.
Crafting and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning, Culture and Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Development and Recruiting strategies
A trusted advisor to the Business Leaders - you will work in partnership with the Malaysia Country Leadership Team in providing recommendations/challenges/coaching/advising on HR policies and practices to enable the execution of people plans
Leading all elements of the annual people management cycle
Engage and contract with other HR colleagues, COEs and business managers to diagnose, design and deliver specific people interventions
Driving adoption of the new HR Operating Model, coaching business clients to use the right channels/HR teams to receive the support they need
Significant strategic HR Business Partnering experience, including managing complex business change with the ability to articulate a vision, set direction & inspire commitment from own team and broader organisation.
Strong track record of driving a people development mind-set and building robust approach to talent management pipeline development
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable people plans
Achieving results through effective collaboration in a matrixed organization
Self-starter with a drive to make things happen at pace
Strong emotional intelligence, listening, influencing and coaching skills to support the shaping of the agenda at a senior level across geographical boundaries
Able to attract and develop diverse talent and drive individual and team performance Enterprise mind-set
Technical HR knowledge / skills associated one or more of the following disciplines - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, ER, L&D, organisational change
Strong stakeholder and influencing skills
Bachelor’s degree; a MBA/post-graduate degree is desirable
