Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will lead our efforts in building and maintaining positive relationships with key internal Care Transformation & Innovation stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and proven experience in stakeholder engagement strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the AVP Stakeholder Engagement and Product Adoption, CT&I Opportunity Owners and CT&I Leadership, manage engagement across assigned CT&I opportunities to establish strong working relationships, fostering open communication and transparency.

  • Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.

  • Identify key stakeholders and develop comprehensive stakeholder maps, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs, expectations, and concerns.

  • Collaborate with CT&I teams to gather stakeholder feedback and insights, integrating them into project planning and decision-making processes.

  • Identify and plan stakeholder engagement activities, such as meetings, workshops, focus groups, and surveys.

  • Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement initiatives, analyzing effectiveness and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database

  • Anticipate potential conflicts or issues with stakeholders and develop proactive strategies to address them.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, earning their trust and credibility.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in stakeholder engagement, incorporating them into our approach.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, communications, or related field – Required

  • Master’s Degree – Preferred

  • Certification in change management or related – Preferred

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or related roles

  • Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans

  • Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving positive outcomes

  • Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player

  • Strong project management and people management skills

  • High degree of accuracy in executing work

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines

  • Broader project communications experience and skills desirable

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel

  • Ongoing Stakeholder Engagement Strategy execution

  • Stakeholder Impact & Readiness Assessments

  • Stakeholder Metrics Tracking
