The banksCybersecurity Office (CSO) provides world-class high performing portfolio, program and project management capabilities across the Information Security (Infosec) group.\ WHAT YOULL GET TO DO: Project Overview / Contractors Role\ * We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be assigned to one or more oflarge book of cybersecurity projects that require project management best-practices and rigor to execute and successfully deliver on time and on budget.\ * Drive hard-working global teams consisting of employees and onshore/offshore consultants from multiple vendors.\ * Manage projects with teams that consist of technology engineers, solution architects, business analysts, scrum masters, and application owners.\ * Partner with key business and technology stakeholders in the delivery of critical technology initiatives to meet our strategic goals.\ * Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of Infosec projects.\ * Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that impact Infosec projects.\ * Change agent for project management best-practices.\ WHAT WE OFFER:\ * The opportunity to be part of building a growing practice area within the bank\ * The support of a well-established IT delivery team\ * The opportunity to build and be part of a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their stakeholders\ * A contract-to-hire position\ EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 3 (Senior)\ WHAT WE EXPECT YOUVE ALREADY DONE: Qualifications (must haves)\ * 8+ years of project/program management\ \> Managed projects in the Financial Services industry\ * Schedule management\ * Risk and issue management\ * Budget and financial management\ * Coordination and communication across teams\ * Managed large projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies\ * Managed large projects using Azure Boards\ * Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study\ THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:\ * Versatile associates who thrive on variety and challenge with a Can Do attitude\ * Proven leaders with strong growth and delivery track records and mindsets.\ * Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture.\ * Engaging technologists who make a positive impact.\ * Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.\ * Ability to work from home and Chicago office 3xs per week\ Some Alternate Expectations (Nice to Haves)\ * Past Successful PM Experience at a bank\ * Knowledge of the banksParagon Project Execution Framework\ * Cybersecurity PM Experience (Cybersecurity engineering experience or subject-matter expertise is not required)\ * Experience working in a global, highly regulated financial institution
