There is a new street outreach organization needing to hire staff responsible for identifying and building rapport with homeless individuals and families living on the street or in community places. The position will assist people in breaking the sysle of homelessness by moving from the street to interim housing with resources to rapidly obtain permanent housing. Pay is $17 to $20 and hour. Job Status: Permanent, full-time

Duties: Outreach, internal and external collaboration, maintain positive public relations, provide support, and follow a case plan. travel in out community is required ( Owensboro, Ky) mileage is reimbursed.

Education and Experience: Minimum associates degree or equivalent experience. Chemical dependency certification is preferred. Perfer a minimum of 1-3 year, experience in the social service field.
