JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines

• Develop and implement assembly processes in line with company standard processes

• Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements, and lead projects to develop and implement solutions

• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements

• Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers

• Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements

• Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology OR

• High School Diploma with 5+ years with Engine/Test experience

• Design experience (Creo preferred)

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Strong communication skills
