Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.Position Title: Principal Statistician (Minneapolis)A Day in the LifeIn this exciting role asPrincipal Statistician, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership on the design and analysis of scientific data including, but not limited to, clinical studies and research experiments. Remains up to date on current literature related to kidney disease.ResponsibilitiesDesigns, plans and executes biostatistical components of plans for research and development projects that establish the conditions essential for determining safety, effectiveness, and performance of Mozarc Medical products and therapies.Has direct experience in designing Phase I-IV clinical trials in either the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.Uses sound statistical methodology to conduct studies relating to the life cycle of the product.In development-phase projects, prepares the statistical component of protocols which meet project objectives, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial methodology standards.Assists in the development of clinical study-related deliverables such as statistical analysis plans, case report forms and Investigators BrochuresDevelops and/or applies statistical theories, methods, and software.Summarizes and interprets data into tabular and graphical formats amenable to principles of statistical inference and is responsible for the statistical component of reports describing studies, outcomes and methods used.Provides specifications and directions to the clinicians/statistical programmers.Supports the regulatory review and approval of the experimental therapies.Partners in trial design and in establishing standards for clinical conduct, and the collection, management and/or reporting of data.Assists in the development of publications and abstractsMust Have:Bachelors degree required in Biostatistics, or Statistics and a minimum of7years of statistical experience in clinical trial design and/or data analysis within healthcare,Or advanced degree with a minimum of5years of statistical experience in clinical trial design and/or data analysis within healthcareNice to Have:Experience in the design of clinical studies, preferably in the renal spaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillAccuracy and attention to detail essential*Willing to consider director-level position for the right candidate.Why Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.Its essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
