Court Services Clerk Hourly Salary Range: \$19.05 - \$21.47 Closing Date: May 10, 2024. Or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received. Job Summary: Under supervision, the Court Services Clerk will perform calculations of fees and fines, cash handling, case creating, document processing and customer service for the Combined Courts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Calculate and/or verify appropriate court fees, receive cash and other negotiable instruments in payment of court fees; enter appropriate codes in electronic payment system, and prepare and issue receipts for those transactions. Maintain and prepare bank deposits and balance daily receipts. Open mail and examine fiscal documents and documents submitted with payments, enter documents into electronic court record system; review and process electronically filed cases; open new case files and designates court officials. Answer telephone and in-person inquiries in compliance with Supreme Court Rule 70.41. File, photocopy, and distribute documents and order forms and/or supplies. Other duties as assigned.
