As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you'll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is a self-starter and has an analytical mindset. You will be responsible for delivering highest quality technical support for our TPM product & solutions, addressing our customer's concerns not just at a technical level but also from a customer service perspective, collaborating with Product Team, Delivery teams and others as needed. The role is T-SQL heavy, so we are looking for someone who enjoys writing and troubleshooting code. This role would suit an individual looking to build on the experience that they already have and will be comfortable engaging with our clients directly and delivering the customer support liaising with the technical support team at offshore. The

candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to understand and resolve customer support issues. You will be required to debug the code, bug fix, unit test, SIT/ UAT and deploy it to the PROD and provide end to end solution for the customer.

Here's how

  • Delivering highest quality support for our TPM product & solutions, addressing customer's concerns.

  • Own the Incident management flow related to specific tickets and liaise with other teams for assistance, maintaining strong communication, and providing regular updates via our incident management tool, emails, verbal communication, and documentation.

  • Applying ITIL based best practices and ensure the use of the globally harmonized processes & ways of working

  • Engage with clients directly, gain an understanding of their issues, and mapping to the Product function to provide resolutions and complete tasks.

  • Debug the code, bug fix, unit test, SIT/ UAT and deploy it to the PROD and provide end to end solution to the customer to resolve the support issue.

  • Work on all phases of SDLC, including development, documentation, Testing and Support. Performance tuning & migration activities.

What You Bring To This Role

  • Solid working experience in SQL. Azure Fundamentals and Data factory experience is highly desirable.

  • 5+ years of database development using SQL Server stack 2012 or above.

  • Possess sufficient MS SQL knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to support the application.

  • Proficient with T-SQL, and experience in working with MS SQL database objects: Stored Procedures, Stored functions, Views, Triggers, Cursors.

  • Creation of Stored Procedures involving CTEs (Common table expression), explicit transactions(begin tran , coming tran , rollback tran), and exception handling.

  • Bachelor's Degree. Business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) preferred.

  • The candidate must be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
