The Clinical Application Specialist - Monitoring (d/f/m) for Radiometer is responsible to provide expert support and training to healthcare professionals regarding the use of transcutaneous monitoring devices. Furthermore, to play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our monitoring technology in clinical settings.

This position is part of the European TC-Monitoring Team. The candidate should be located in Sounth of France and will work fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing expert guidance and training on transcutaneous monitoring devices.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities, driving product adoption and revenue growth.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals, ensuring the seamless integration of monitoring devices into clinical workflows.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy).

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to healthcare professionals.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.

• Fluency in French and English is essential, both written and verbal.

• Availability for frequent travel within France and occasional travel across the European Region.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in clinical application or in a similar role related to medical devices.

Le/la spécialiste des applications cliniques - Monitoring (h/f) chez Radiometer est responsable de fournir un soutien et une formation d'expert aux professionnels de la santé concernant l'utilisation des dispositifs de surveillance transcutanée. De plus, il/elle joue un rôle essentiel dans la garantie de la mise en œuvre et de l'utilisation réussie de notre technologie de surveillance dans les environnements cliniques.

Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe européenne de Transcutaneous monitoring. Le/la candidat(e) devrait être basé(e) dans le sud de la France et travaillera entièrement à distance. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de :

Servir de point de contact principal pour les professionnels de la santé, en fournissant des conseils d'expert et une formation sur les dispositifs de surveillance transcutanée.

Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour identifier et saisir les opportunités commerciales, stimuler l'adoption des produits et la croissance des revenus.

Fournir un support technique et une assistance pour résoudre les problèmes aux professionnels de la santé, en veillant à l'intégration transparente des dispositifs de surveillance dans les flux de travail cliniques.

Les exigences essentielles du poste comprennent :

Un diplôme de licence ou l'équivalent dans un domaine pertinent de la santé (par exemple soins infirmiers, thérapie respiratoire, génie biomédical,).

De solides compétences en communication et en présentation, avec la capacité de transmettre efficacement des informations complexes aux professionnels de la santé.

Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage, avec une approche axée sur le client.

Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en France et occasionnels dans toute la région européenne.
