We are now recruiting for a number of Manufacturing First Line Managers (Process Leaders) to join our team as we increase production across a number of our manufacturing facilities.

Are you looking for a new leadership challenge? You will be responsible for the management, provision and improvement of your production areas, people and processes.

You will carry responsibility for the day-to-day performance of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety. You will deliver this effectively and efficiently in a highly regulated environment and to defined standards.

You will provide clear leadership, direction and development for your direct team. As an inspiring leader, you will enthuse your team through coaching continuous improvement and development so that individuals and the team achieve their potential.

You will be responsible for leading a number of improvement projects so you should be able have the ability to multi task projects and be adaptable to change.


  • Confirmed line management experience within manufacturing or support

  • Experience of sterile/aseptic operations.

  • Experience of FDA/cGMP or other regulated quality systems.

  • Experience and evidence of delivering benefits through manufacturing excellence/lean

  • Experience of working within a Unionised environment would be beneficial

  • A degree in a science, engineering or supply chain related subject, or a considerable amount of relevant experience is required

The role is within a performance driven environment and will require you to have the ability to effectively prioritise across diverse and contending customer needs to maintain team motivation and output whilst under pressure.

The environment is highly regulated with compliance and a right first time attitude underpinning requirements to delivering high performance.

As a Manufacturing First Line Manager (Process Leader) you will primarily work days however you will need to be flexible to work shifts on occasion in order to meet operational requirements.
