This role will support the central Prime Video EMEA Marketing Research and Insights team focused on process improvement across our research mechanisms, which enable stakeholders to understand Brand Health, campaign and creative effectiveness. This role will be required to identify opportunities for streamlining, scaling, off-shoring and automation to develop and increase adoption of our Research mechanisms to facilitate high-speed business decision-making for our marketing strategy.

Key job responsibilities

• Building new or improving existing approaches, processes and tooling to more effectively manage our workflows from scratch.

• Diving deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective, scalable solutions, with a focus on saving time for teams

• Facilitate embedding learnings from our research mechanisms in the business to enable ease of knowledge transfer and enabling our marketing planning, strategy and campaign development teams.

• Identifying opportunities to standardise, off-shore or automate tasks to save time and eliminate painpoints.

• Designing intake and review mechanisms to appropriately prioritise work.

• Identifying and building internal training and onboarding materials to ensure all stakeholders effectively adopt and use the tooling.

• Ensure all mechanisms are delivering on budget and finance management processes.

• Developing VP-level senior management reporting on current project status and results.

• Supporting and coaching project manager apprentice

A day in the life

We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented marketing research project manager to scope/improve, build and implement scalable and agile market research solutions, tools, and processes in Prime Video EMEA. This remit will also require working with regional stakeholders (e.g. US, South America, Japan, Australia etc) to consult and support to standardize mechanisms, metrics and SOPs. If you are motivated by creating solutions from scratch, improving existing mechanisms and developing structured project plans with significant impact, then this could be the place for you!

About the team

This role will be required to identifying opportunities for streamlining, scaling, off-shoring and automation to develop and increase adoption of our Research mechanisms to facilitate high-speed business decision-making for our marketing planning and strategy team. You will work closely with our Analytics and Measurement team to ensure our Research data can be made easily-accessible to your stakeholder teams by supporting on improving data ingestion workflows from our 3P agencies and proving input and feedback on the internal dashboarding design to ensure it is user-friendly and meets our internal stakeholder needs for marketing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
