Amazon Manager, Account Management, Pan EU FBA in London, United Kingdom

Pan EU Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) revolutionizes the way our Selling Partners (SPs) reach European customers, through the different Marketplaces (MPs) available in Europe. We are looking for an dynamic, experienced and innovative Manager, coordinating all the global Account Management team to simplify SP management, unifying the experience for the 9 current MPs. Possible locations can be Luxembourg, London, Berlin, Paris, Milan or Madrid. A successful Manager of Account Managers must be able to lead managers of teams spread globally without necessarily line reporting. Needs to be comfortable in synthesizing processes and country nuances and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. In close collaboration with the Pan-EU team and other global leaders, this role will define the strategy, initiatives and execution plans to make PanEU FBA the default way of selling through FBA in Amazon, listing selection in all EU marketplaces and placing locally the inventory of Pan-EU products to improve our selection and delivery speed to Customers across EU.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and direction of Pan EU FBA account management for the 5 European teams (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES) and the coordination with global teams (CN, IN, US, Rest of World).

  • Owns the Pan EU FBA new SP adoption goal and and the share of SP commitment to the Pan EU program.

  • Responsible for the improvement of SP experience, drives actions to positively impact SP behaviour, ensuring the Voice of Seller feedback is incorporated in our processes.

  • Liaise with Product owners and Tech teams to enhance the Pan-EU FBA tools and products, in order to drive placement expansion, inventory and selection listing optimization.

  • Owns go-to-market and expansion planning for new and existing Account Management modules

  • Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to further improve program adoption.

Basic Qualifications

  • University degree

  • 5 years+ of professional experience including in product management, and/or program management, and/or business consulting

  • Able to influence and align global diverse stakeholders; Skilled in communication

  • Adept analytical skills. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgments and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MS qualification

  • Experience in E-Commerce, product marketing, or entrepreneurship.

  • Proficiency in SQL and other statistical analysis tools

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail and operational excellence.

  • Able to work in a diverse team
