About the Role

The brand manager will lead our ready to serve Cocktails and Ready to Drink business. They will be responsible for managing the brand performance, identifying drivers of performance and uncovering opportunities.

The Brand Manager's role is to shape the future for our ready to serve business and will need to be experienced in identifying insights and building integrated marketing plans. The ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders is essential.

The cocktail space is creative and we are looking for an experienced Marketer with a strong creative flair.

Responsibilities

  • Fluent English knowledge

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or similar role

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

  • Degree in marketing or a related field

  • University degree not essential as long as there is other Marketing training and proven experience

Requirements

  • Need a Brand Manager with excellent communication skills, multitasking, ability to identify opportunities within the business, commercial acumen, ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive with strong track record performance as a previous experience in brand management

  • Industry - FMCG Work Industry or someone from Beverages/Alcohol is highly preferred

  • Top 3 skills – brand management, performance management, commercial acumen

  • Years of experience – 2+ years

  • Education: Experience in lieu of education

  • Shift timings: Regular day shift, Monday to Friday

  • Role Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

  • Work Location - 1HQ London, LND, W1F 7HS, UK ENB6
