Social Media Content Coordinator - OneSoftware

Our aim as a social media team is to connect our customers and prospects by telling human-centric stories.

The Social Media Specialist will be part of a team of four, reporting into the Social Media Content Manager.

The Social Media Specialist will be jointly responsible for developing, managing and evolving AVEVA’s social media output.

You’ll have ownership over external communications of projects varying from product launches and events, to internal initiatives and one-off campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting for LinkedIn, Instagram & X for AVEVA corporate channels

  • Management of social media visual asset development

  • Development of monthly, quarterly and annual social media reports, guided by team lead

  • Liaising with stakeholder to source, create and approve social media content

  • Management of content scheduling and publishing amongst varying calendars across campaigns

  • Community management and monitoring of published content

  • Support growth in Employee Advocacy Program internally, as well externally

  • Assess current and past social trends, including recent and past projects to deem effectiveness & adjust future social strategies

  • Work with/in global time zones to ensure correct promotion time/messaging

Skills & Experience

  • Curiosity about social media, digital marketing and how to tell effective stories to our audiences

  • Aspiration to create a best-in-class social media experience for our audiences

  • Desire for social media to make an impactful contribution to the business

  • High energy individual and self-starter to work collaboratively and independently on projects

  • Confident at putting trust in the team and working collaboratively

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects

  • Creative in developing out-of-the-box and thoughtful content targeted at specific audiences

  • Adaptability in fast-paced environment

  • Thorough attention to detail

  • 2-3 years experience (in-house or agency) managing multiple social media channels for a brand (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X)

  • Use of social media publishing tools (e.g. Oktopost)

  • Use of social media listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Digimind)
