Job Description

P&G is looking for an experienced professional with Sales/Key Account Management experience. You will work with one of the top national retailers in Russia and will report to Group KAM (Team Leader).

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to sell FMCG brands to leading Russian retailers. Key to success in this role will be strong negotiation skills, collaboration with the multi-functional team internally and externally, excellent analytical skills, and passion for winning!

Responsibilities

Develop P&G's business with one of the top national retailers through:

  • leading annual negotiations with a customer at the top management level that includes contract and business plans, control of the agreements’ execution

  • delivering targets on sell-in/out as well as supervising financial KPIs

  • building productive day-to-day collaboration with the customer's team

  • developing a shopper -specific portfolio and trade marketing strategy

  • performing deep and detailed business analytics enabling smart business decisions

  • financial management of P&G budgets allocated to a customer

  • collaboration with P&G multi-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, and Marketing departments

Job Qualifications

  • A higher education diploma

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in Food/FMCG international companies or as a Sales representative with top retailers with proven success

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills: advanced Excel skills and experience with other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook) , familiarity with GFK/Nielsen reporting
