Position Purpose

As theAI Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering Permobil’s journey towards a digitally empowered future. This position is at the core of our initiatives to integrate data and automation, enhancing the quality of our products and services, and revolutionizing the experiences of our users. This position will also play an instrumental role in identifying processes and areas within Permobil that would benefit from AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI transformation aligned with Permobil’s strategic goals.

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify and leverage opportunities for applying AI to improve processes and outcomes.

• Design and oversee projects that implement AI technologies, ensuring they meet our high standards of innovation and effectiveness.

• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and the impact of AI initiatives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential applications and benefits for Permobil.

• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data modeling.

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and drive innovation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record in a global team environment.

• Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in English required; Swedish is a plus.
