Description

We are in search of a Tax Senior-Public to join our team located in Katy, Texas. This role is centered around the preparation and review of various tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice. You will also engage with clients to resolve tax-related issues and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. For immediate consideration, please email a copy of your resume to Yuvi Kang.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Conduct research on tax issues and provide strategic tax planning advice.

• Interact with clients to address inquiries, resolve tax-related issues, and offer guidance.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate compliance.

• Implement best practices to streamline tax processes and enhance efficiency.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and tax management.

• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., FastTax GoSystems, UltraTax).

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team effectively.
