Conn's HomePlus Senior Administrator, Compliance Policies & Testing in Houston, Texas

Overview: Incumbent will be responsible for credit/financing licensing, monitoring regulatory changes updating policies, procedures and working documents as appropriate, and auditing and testing credit compliance and reporting to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Sr. Administrator, Compliance Policies and Testing’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure company compliance to regulatory and licensing requirements
Responsible for staying up-to-date on compliance related best practices and regulatory requirements; monitor regulatory changes
Apply for and renew credit/financing business licenses in a timely manner
Update Company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
Audit and test Conn’s Credit operation to ensure compliance with federal and state law
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
4-year College Degree preferred
Minimum 3+ years’ related experience
Experience working with National Multistate Licensing Service
Consumer lending compliance experience preferred, including knowledge of:
UDAAP
FCRA
GLBA
ECOA
TILA
OFAC/Patriot Act
TCPA
FDCPA
State consumer lending and credit insurance regulations
Preferred Experience
- Five or more years of related experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multi-task and shift priorities, as required
Communicative
Professional in appear and manner.
