Job Description

職務要約:

  • Business Continuity Planの企画担当。

  • BCPチームの他のスタッフと共に初台本社において、MLJのBCPに関する様々な対応を行う。

職務詳細:

  • BCP(事業継続計画)の強化案を他のBCPチームメンバーと共に検討し、実施する。

  • 以下の取組項目に関して、他のBCPチームメンバーと共に各ビジネスユニットをコーディネートする。

  • BIA(業務影響分析)

  • BUCP(ビジネスユニット毎の業務継続計画)策定・更新、訓練・テスト

  • DR(ITシステム災害復旧計画)策定・更新、訓練・テスト

  • 危機(災害等)発生時の危機管理本部等の事務局運営

  • リスク・アセスメント(ベンダーや各プロジェクト、リスクコントロールセルフアセスメント等)

  • 監査対応(社内監査/社外監査、IT、SOX等)

必須のスキル・経験:

  • コミュニケーションスキル(プレゼンテーションスキル含む)

  • 柔軟な対応力と適応力

  • 語学力(日本語)

有れば尚可のスキル・経験:

  • BCP、リスクマネジメント、コンプライアンスに関する知識や経験

  • 語学力(英語)

  • 金融業界における業務経験

  • FSAの保険会社向け総合的監督指針の理解

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

社外勤務は週に1~2回程度、出社は週に3日

残業について:

残業は月10-20時間程度を想定します。

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:

 9:00~17:00(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)
