Job Description

Overview: Entire roles and responsibilities in supporting work in R&D Center.

Major Job Responsibilities: Document control/ Apply purchase requisition on SAP /Day to day administrative tasks/ handling monthly bill document

Objective and Scope: Quotation / SAP / Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE)

Work Description

• Bill of invoice: apply on the expense list and store the bill

• Voucher: apply on the expense list and store the copy

• Bill of mobile phone collect and send to HR

• Record of training Storage and send to EHS

• business card request collect and send to HR

• Training report and certification Storage.

• Quotation received

• Customer contribution check

• SAP PR creation

• track the current approver

• request to change cost center of Refund I/O and CER I/O

• Count the number of people for lunch and demand of diary, working clothes, calendar etc.

• Numbering the Spec

• Snack and drinks supply

• Office supplies purchase

• Conference room arrange

• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

• SAP

• English Communication

• Good Communication skill
