J&J Worldwide Services Steam Sterilization Plant (SSP) Operator (Part-Time-Weekend/Holidays) in Frederick, Maryland

Description

Duties involve: observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system's operation, recording in logs various aspects of the system's operation, keeping the machinery and equipment of the system in good operating order and maintaining the system or systems. Performs scheduled maintenance on a wide variety of equipment. Performs routine investigation rounds wearing proper PPE and RPE, such as a PAPR. Required to work weekends and holidays. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Two (2)-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to pass/clear an extensive Government required Background Investigation for clearance to the facility. Site specific system training to be provided.
