We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Block line Power Systems Business Segment, in Daventry, UK

This is a temporary contract up to 24 months, working 37.5 hours per week. Sunday – Friday, 11.00pm - 7.00am

Salary is £26,790.43 - £28,665.76 depending on experience plus shift premium.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operating and overseeing CNC machines to guarantee streamlined production processes

• Conducting quality assessments on products to uphold precision and accuracy standards

• Working alongside team members to enhance workflow and meet production goals

• Adhering to all relevant standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures like Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards

• Adhering to HSE standards and protocols, including 5S, Hymo, and Crane checks

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Preferred experience in machining and manufacturing operations

• Exceptional focus on detail and adept problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in thriving in a fast-paced work setting

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
