SUMMARY The Go to Market (GTM) Operations Leader for Proprietary Brands is responsible for equipping our commercial teams so they can successfully drive brand awareness, customer compliance, accelerated revenue & GP performance for key Proprietary Brands initiatives. It effectively translates the Covetrus Brands business strategy into a cohesive Go to Market plan for our commercial teams. They will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders including marketing, finance, DC operations, IT, legal, regulatory, product, and sales ensuring the Covetrus mission is fully realized across products, services, and operations to meet the needs of our Proprietary Brands in alignment with the overall strategy of Covetrus. This role will ensure that all sales tools, content, development support, and technology are tailored, timely and aligned to the customer journey. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, carry the ability to offer innovative solutions to complex problems, keep customer service at the forefront of their approach, and positively represent all the Covetrus business segments in front of a variety of internal stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide consistent, seamless messaging internally & externally to maximize sales revenue and gross profit. Accountable as the owner on Go to Market (GTM) initiatives for Proprietary Brands ensuring that development and implementation plans align with business and company goals. Vets and prioritizes key Proprietary Brands initiatives against agreed upon strategies and priorities with respective stakeholders across the company. Develops trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. Partners with the respective North America business segment leaders to become a SME on the different product portfolios, brand value propositions and sales & marketing resources available to promote our Covetrus portfolio with our commercial teams. Provides marketplace feedback, including customer business trends, perspectives on changing treatment dynamics and proprietary brands viewpoints of competitive landscape in a timely manner to service line leaders. Enable activation of strategy and new product pipeline through development of playbooks, customer presentations, field communication Drive development of internal sales and service tools to provide customer value including advanced BI dashboards, brand resources, product programs and promotions geared to customer growth, compliance & acquisition. Drives customer awareness and engagement of our Covetrus product portfolio via a consultative selling approach. (RAIN) Interacts regularly with all levels of our Commercial teams Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Proprietary Brands business unit needs on an ongoing basis. Executes enterprise level customer service requests and coordinates with appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction of our Proprietary Brands business.
