Position : Asia Export Labs Continuous Improvement Expert

Location: AMATA , Chonburi

Mission:

Regionally deploy and driven a Lean / continuous improvement system and projects with 7 Factory in ASIA including EOLT, ELTL, EMTC Rx, EMIL, CHLOE, Tristar Rx and ELAB in order to achieve the global corporate performances through LIFE program

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead of deployment of strategy CI projects with Labs across 7 factory.

  • Lead assessment of Rx referential and drive implementation of standardization to align with Rx referential system.

  • Lead end to end LIFE diagnosis be able to drive the relevant improvement actions

  • Lead the important Kaizen workshop demonstrating the application of Lean tools

  • Planning LIFE steering committee schedule and organize the event together with CI in the labs

  • Participate LIFE steering committee ,deliver the own improvement action and be able to address further improvement

  • Animate LIFE maturity assessment along with CI in the labs , be able to propose the applicable improvement actions

  • Lead lean initiative programs outside production

  • Be certified as LIFE OVERVIEW trainer and conduct the training sessions

  • Involve in creation or modification of LIFE standards

  • Define and track relevant KPIs linked to progress of continuous improvement of the zone

  • Manage benchmarking across 7 RX labs, Productivity, Leadtime and other Key KPIs.

  • Regionally link with local Continuous Improvement team of each factory to provide a support in continuous improvement activities for all the Asian Operation plants.

  • Drive benchmarking process for overall Asia Operation plants.

  • Manage AEL BSC.

  • Support Lab projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering , Industrial science or related Engineering disciplines.

  • 10 Years experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies

  • Possess good analytical skill

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , mandatory in English.

  • Well understand lean manufacturing principle and the application.

  • A genuine interest in new technology, system and process

  • Team work oriented.

  • Able to work in a dynamic environments, Able to lead as regional role. Experience of regional role is plus.

  • Be able to travel aboard frequently.

  • Well adapt to the multinational working environment
