The SAP EWM Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP EWM and a strong understanding of warehouse management processes.

1. Technical expertise: Lead the technical design and development of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

2. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP EWM to meet specific business requirements, including but not limited to warehouse structure, master data, and process flows.

3. Integration: Design and implement integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and external systems using SAP standard tools and technologies (e.g., ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy).

4. Development: Develop custom programs, interfaces, enhancements (BADI), forms and reports using ABAP 7.5, SAP Fiori/UI5, and other SAP technologies. Strong expertise in RF Configuration, Warehouse monitor and PPF framework.

5. Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of SAP EWM processes and interfaces to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.

7. Testing: Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality of SAP EWM solutions.

8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and the project team on SAP EWM functionality, processes, and best practices.

9. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders & collaborate/help to execute SAP EWM projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP EWM technology & ABAP trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP EWM technical development and implementation.

• Strong technical expertise in SAP EWM, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP integration technologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Additional skills like Workflow, HANA, AMDP, CDS etc. and SAP certifications are a plus.
